When I went into Regis, it was totally empty, while other salons at the mall were packed. This should have been my first clue. The girl who cut my hair was very sick and coughed all over me the entire time, while all of her fellow employees sat around laughing and talking.
My haircut was AWFUL. It is not even on both sides, and it's 3 inches shorter than what I asked her to do. I cannot BELIEVE they charged $36 for this cut. I hate it; if you love your hair, do not go to this salon.
