Charmin operates out of Kira salon. She NEVER double-dips, takes sanitary precautions, and really knows what she's talking about regarding skincare and waxing. She uses hard wax, which is about 1/4 as painful as soft (regular) wax. Don't go to one of those chain spas--Charmin really knows what she's doing. I will never go anywhere else.
