    Name changes-clicked on one only above. Never went. Prices are high.
    Why all the name and address changes along with constant changes of personnel? I want someone who knows my hair, how to cut it and how it curls, the same person each time. You and your "beautician" should have a personal relationship. With all these constant changes, makes you wonder???

    Was referred to Nails and Hair by Design. No such place. Someplace called bowling barber/beauty. Business sold?
    Want to go to someplace that is always accessible and not here or there sometimes. Could not find business so did not call or go. I'll stick to my reliable salon. Questionable ratings as did not go.

    Is this is the same business as Nails and Hair by Design, same address. Why the change?
    Hope if it is the same business, there are others working there. Before I felt it was an effort to even talk to the customers or answer the phone.
