    TERRIBLE SALON!
    Altered Appearance is a pathetic excuse for a salon. I am still recovering from a horrifying experience at this salon when their only stylist, Erin Alexander, left bleach in my hair for two hours and completely dissolved it. My hair was two feet longer prior to the appointment and I ended up having to pay $115 for the mats of baldness and 3-inch-long pieces of hair I was left with. The owner, Susan Phelps, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She tried to cheat me out of any compensation and told me the disaster was my fault. This business should not exist nor should it receive support from anyone with any amount of self-respect.
