    horrible.
    Lesley was VERY rude on the phone which made me refund my groupon. I had called her phone multiple times for her to forward my calls and take days to reply to my voicemails. i had then called the salon and asked for her specifically only to get very rudely screamed at... with that i do NOT recommend her to anyone.
