    Walk Ins NOT Welcome
    I was a walk-in this time though usually I have an appointment. I was told "someone will be with you soon." 90 minutes later, was still waiting. They were moving slow and the 2 people with appointments got to go in as soon as they walked in. I finally left furious because obviously I was never going to get my hair cut. Why say walk-ins are welcome when you are filled up that day with appointments? I finally left very angry, called to get the managers name and number. Verbally complained over the phone and the response was, "thank you for calling." NOT even an apology! I WILL never go back and will NEVER recommend them. Absolutely horrific.

    Fabulous Highlights!
    I went here on a referal from a coworker. I'm blonde and picky about my hair and stylist. Since my hairdresser moved, I went here and had Espi (her nickname I guess) do my hair. I wanted the whitish/platnium highlights, and not the yellow I'd been getting from other places. She did EXACTLY what I wanted and gave me an amazing cut that's lasted for 3 months! Plus, she was very reasonable and also a very personable gal who obviously keeps up with fashion and new trends! I have found my new hairdresser!
