The staff was extremely unprofessional. They spoke of personal matters that I did not ask to hear about and in my opional it was only to get sympathy for a larger tip. The stylist was rough with my hair, and I felt did a poor job with the foils-not consistant with how she did them. I felt I got a cookie cutter haircut-didn't take into consideration my hair type or how it responded to the cut.
