    The Best Personal Gym In Downtown Detroit
    I discovered the Life Center by accident and I never looked back. The staff and Family style environment is comfortable and is the perfect way to see results fast. Lazet Boatman is one of the best trainers I have ever had the privilege of working with. I have lost 40 lbs in 5 months working out here and the new Yoga Studio has offered a whole other element into this total training package. I recommend everyone call or stop by and check out the Life Center another Gem in downtown Detroit.

    Review of The Life Center/private fitness facility
    The Life Center has such a great environment that really makes you feel welcome. I love how it is not like the typical large gym where you come in and do your own thing. You can either choose to have 1 on 1 private fitness sessions with the trainer or you can do small groups of 2 to 4. I have been here for a year and dont plan on quitting any time soon
