    Scissor City is a great value, Carol is the best!
    I've been going to scissor city since I was in high school. I'm 26 now and about to get Married. Carol will be leading my bridal style team, she does excellent work. She has worked with me to develop a hairstyle that is truly me. I'm not naturally fussy about my hair so I really need the advice and talent of an expert like Carol. She is all energy and she's a great therapist too, if you're ever having a rough day, visit her and you'll leave with a smile on your face : )
