    I should have known by the condition of the salon that it was unsanitary. I got fungus on my big toe after a no chip manicure! I'm so sad and disgusted, but I should not have gone to a dirty salon. Multiple nail breaks too.

    Even with an appointment you wait and wait and wait...the employees take tons of breaks all the time. I understand that you need breaks but when I am swampped at work I don't get breaks. Quality is really good, I love my nails and the pedicures are great...

    i went into this shop on a saturday. i did not have an appointment so i knew i was going to wait. i sat and waited for about 35 min...about 25 min into my wait a regular came in with no appointment. and was taken care of before i was. my money is just as green as hers isnt it it?
