Had mani/pedi today. Lady seemed to be rushed. She did not trim cuticles....just went thru the motions. Terrible job painting nails & toenails. Nails were not covered.....polish on skin. I wanted shellac on nails to match reg polish on toes. When I mentioned polishes did not match....and shellac was pinkish, she said NO not pink! VERY disappointed & dissatisfied!!

I am a mall employee that works at a high end retail store. It is important to me to have nice nails. I had time to spare and needed a new nail salon. I told the guy what I wanted. Charged wrong explained again. He fixed the price. Charging me $7 for 2 little nail designs. He was suppose to do all 5. He told me he didn't have time and was only doing two. Didnt ask what kind of design or were or even what color. I have gotten my nails done a lot. This was the worst ever!

I went today and it was a mediocre experience. She didn't massage the bottom of my feet and barely massaged my legs. My feet are still calloused and scaly. She used the foam scrubber on my feet but didn't do anything to remove the unsightly dry bits. That was the whole purse of getting a pedicure. So I essentially paid $28 for my toenails to be painted and cuticles cut.

Don't get nails put on here! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon! I had three nails bleeding when I left, I pulled away at least 10 times because she was using a drill on my cuticles, it took over an hour, the fake nail isn't laying flat against my nail so I get everything stuck under my nails which is gross! I have only had them a week and I am going to take them off before I get a fungus from getting stuff under them! When I pulled away for about the 8th time the lady asked my if I had ever had my nails done before...I am a nail tech! Yes, I have, it is not supposed to feel that way!
