    not what it used to be
    Don't expect to a call back if you leave a message about unsatisfactory service. I have never been to a salon that wasn't willing to correct a bad color job. This happened to me and a friend within a few months apart and by two seperate stylist. It seems as though red is the color of caramel or honey to them. Not a very good eye for coloring hair. They do not allow tips on credit cards but they will gladly take a check.
