    Dr. Sewell changed my life.
    I have only tried the hypnotherapy services so that's what I'm going to review today. I found out I was pregnant about a month ago, yay, which means I need to quit smoking cold turkey, yikes. I know I CAN do it but resisting smoking is easier said than done, especially in the first trimester. I just tried a hypno session with Dr. Sewell and literally after YEARS of smoking this is the first time I have felt like I don't NEED to smoke. My hubby scheduled a couple more sessions with him so I can hopefully conquer this with a few appointments. If you are a smoker you know how hard that is, but I'd recommend at least trying hypnosis instead of all that other stuff that keeps you dependent on nicotine.

    Dr. Sewell really helped me.
    I went to see Dr. Sewell for help with my IBS. I had heard that hypnotherapy can improve my IBS symptoms so I found David's site online. I felt more comfortable seeing a hypnotherapist who is a medical professional. Dr. Sewell spent a lot of time explaining how hypnosis works and all about the neurology of hypnosis. I had the full eight sessions and I would say that there has been about a 65-70% improvement in my IBS. I have less flair ups and when I do the intensity and duration as much improved. I wish I had learned about hypnosis years ago!
