If you want a nice relaxing mani/pedi, skip this place. I felt like they couldn't get me out of there fast enough. When I asked the girl to work more on removing a callous on my foot, she buffed it so hard, it hurt. Yet, very little attention given to the leg & foot massage, as well as the hand & arm massage. 10minutes after being dismissed, 3 of my fingernails have already smeared.

I have been going to Polo Nails for the past two years and up until yesterday I have been happy with them. I went in for a fill and what should have taken 1/2 hour took 1 1/2 hours!! Also, my almost all my cuticles were nicked by the drill, my nails were filed too short, and when I was finished I had acrylic and nail polish all over my fingers. I called the next morning to complain and the really didn't seem to care. They said I could come in and they would fix my nails but after the abuse my fingers took the night before I don't want them touching my hands!!! Needless to say I will not be going back to them!!

Very personable management. They always ensure you are enjoying/ feeling well yourself. They are perfectionists and that is right up my alley. I lost my free service voucher but oh well, I'll still come back because the staff and atmosphere is so welcoming.
