    Jenifer Wald was very thorough and efficient. She was very clear in what would and would not work for me and I really appreciate that. I left feeling very taken care of but not in any way pressured into being something I was not. Thank you, thank you.

    Not worth the wait
    I booked an appointment with a hairstylist 6 wks in advance. When I came in for my haircut the stylist was mixing up color for someone who had an appointment at the same time as I! I waited 30 full minutes then looked up and saw that only half her hair had been done. I hi-tailed it outta there as fast as my legs could carry me! I have been a regular for some time but enough is enough! They should treat their long time customers even better than their new customers! There is no incentive to stay when one is treated with such blatant disrespect! I refuse to pay for disrespect and poor treatment! Don't waste your time or your money! Go to a salon that respects their customer's time and money! A professional leaves their problems and personal life at home!
