    Amaazing Experience
    Everyone at Mind Body and Flow is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They understand the personal nature of colon hydrotherapy and do everything in their power to help you feel comfortable with the process- even if that means just stopping by to check the place out or enjoy a bit of time in the sauna before your first session. I will never go anywhere else. Jacinda is great. She is the most patient person and made me feel totally comfortable from the get go. She is always there to answer questions and help me through my cleansing process. I feel better and look better. Having colon hydrotherapy has made my skin younger looking and it feels softer. I am so glad I found this Phoenix Gem!

    Impressed enough for repeated drives from Glendale!!
    I have been to Mind Body and Flow several times now. I obviously have a ways to travel, but the staff and facility they have established there makes it worth it to me to drive an hour. The warm sincere welcome they greet you with, the level they go to to provide full explanations of the wonderful services all are worth the extra 45 minutes it takes to get there. My ONLY regret is they don't have a West side office..yet! Thank you to Lisa my therapist as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
