    Don't bother making an appointment. I have been made to wait at least 20 to 35 minutes every time I make an appointment Their attitude is "so said to bad". They are rude and arrogant when you ask why the wait. I have seen this happen to many many customers who have just left. The end product that they deliver is "OK" nothing great. I am looking for another salon that knows who to treat their customers. Cleanliness is average at best. Don't waste you time and money with this salon.

    Poor Business Practices
    Told my wife they accepted the Spa Finder gift cards accepted by thousands of spas nationwide. After service was fully completed the manager told my wife that it was not accepted and to pay up was the only solution. Very shifty way to do business. Said they weren't responsible because "their employee didn't understand english very well". I felt they should take responsibility for their employees actions.A very unhappy ending for a day out at the spa for a mom and her 9 year old. Owner hung up on me when I asked for a partial refund. Filed complaint with the BBB
