Had an appt for hairstyle...arrived 15 mins early, didnt get seen until 1 hour later. Stylist did not come out, secretary was doing all explaining. Stylist never apoligized. The person in front of us was unhappy so the stylist kept restyling. Very aggravating....After 2.5 hours, did not even get a discount. Will not go back....... :(
