    Unprofessional and Horrible Service
    I got the keratin hair treatment from this salon and at first was psyched when the treatment took 2 hours instead of the 3+ hours I was told by others it would take. Now I know why - it didn't work. My hair had the same wave in it after the treatment that it did before. I made several attempts to contact the salon by email -- no response -- and by phone -- first no answer and then finally I talked to Eve. After telling her of my experience she kept assuming I was calling to make 'another' keratin straightening appointment. Finally after three shots at explaining to her my complaints she told me that the manager would call me on June 16 to discuss my concerns. It's been 2 weeks since that date and he has not called. So not only do I think their services are horrible, their customer service and professionalism are horrible too. I definitely would NOT recommend this place. Now i understand why they have so little business.

    Great style, nice salon
    I had my haircut here by Eve and she did a great job. My new style got a lot of comments and I will definitely be going back.
