TERRIBLE PLACE! This is the first negative review I have ever posted but I want others to be warned about the terrible service I received at this MediSpa. I went for a basic manicure, pedicure and air brush tan. It took over 2 hours to do the manicure and pedicure because the woman doing my nails kept wiping a cotton ball over them when they were wet. The cotton got stuck to the polish and all she did was paint over it with another coat! This went on 3 times. I now have pieces of cotton stuck in my dry nail polish and the owner still charged me $40 for the service! I then got my airbrush tan which is completely uneven and orange in areas. My hands are very dark but there is barely any color on my stomach or legs. I have had MUCH better results just going in the Mystic Tan Booth at Darque Tan. In the end the owner did not offer any solution or discount. I will NEVER go back and WOULD NOT recommend this facility to ANYONE!!

I went before prom to MediSpa and Nails and had an appointment at one and a following appointment at three thirty at my hair salon. I waited until one twentyseven before they walked me to a back room with random things all over the place. It looked like a storage room. She then began the massage for about ten minutes when she left the room, leaving the door open,for fifteen minutes and I could hear her chating in the hall. She then came in with her phone and placed it next to my bed and it continually buzzed throughout the session. This was my first time but I thought maybe it was just a bad day so I made a second appointment to try it again with a different lady. In the same way, they were late for my appointment, left the room for at least fifteen minutes and appalogized at the end for "forgetting to turn on the music during my session".

I am an african american very particular about my skin. I received a facial and micro from Yvonne...my face literally glows. The manis and pedis from Yamarie are fab! This place is a great addition to Sugarland!
