I went to a continued educational class for stylist there and I gained a lot if insight! I recommend attending class taught by Stephanie Brown, who is also the salon owner and a stylist.

I called the spa on three occasions to make an appointment. I left detailed information, to include name, phone number and when I would like to come in. I also reached out to two of the stylists on face book, including the owner and NEVER received a call back. I was so disappointed because they came highly recommended. The first thing I heard about the salon is how professional everyone is. Well, its not professional at all to not return a potential client's phone call. I wouldn't go now if they paid me. Needless to say, it's 2 months, 3 voicemail, 2 facebook requests later, and I have yet to receive a return call. Umph, I guess they are too big to serve me!
