    RUN!
    I cried after getting my hair cut here. My mom and I both got hair cuts and the woman completly messed everything up. My hair was a different length on the one side and missing chunks from the layers, my moms got bangs and the woman made them uneven. It was horrible. We were so unhappy we went to another Salon that we trust to get it fixed. We both cried.

    LOVE THIS PLACE
    A friend and I had gotten tired of the hair places where we had each gone for years for color / cut and picked Charles and Co. to try something new. We were BOTH very pleased with the professionalism and talent of the stylists (Amy and Hope for us) and the calm, pleasant atmosphere in the salon (not to mention a $1million view from the front windows!). For the first time in YEARS, I've gotten unsolicited, spontaneous compliments on both color and cut (thanks to Hope).
