I was nervous going to this new salon because of a very costly and damaging appointment I had with another unknown shop. I was on my way to the Dominicans, because I really wanted to get my hair straight after years of twists. Thankfully I met someone who told me about this salon. The owner Crystal was very welcoming and professional. She was like a serious hair factory. Turning out beautiful styles while I waited my turn. She really did a great job and recommended home care (which I needed). I am really happy with the results. Needless to say I found my hairdresser. Thank goodness!

I have been a customer of Bounce Salon since it opened. The customer service is great. I moved out of state last year and have yet to find any other salon that provides the care and treatment that I have became accustomed to at Bounce. At this point I am willing to drive the 2 1/2 hours to get my hair done. My aunt travels from SC to PA about 4 times a year to go to Bounce to get her hair done. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

The head stylist/owner of this hair salon is amazing. I have been going to her for over 10 years now and consider myself a lifetime customer of hers. The other sylist in the shop do a good job on their clients as well. The shampoo girls are an absolute delight when it comes to giving me a really good wash and condition. The deep condition treatments I receive really work well, I have noticed less breakage and more moisture. I do not get perms, I am all natural but usually get my hair straightened. When I get compliants in the street no one really believes me when I say my hair is not permed. It is bone straight. I love it. I highly recommend this salon.

I know the salon owner very well! The staff wa very friendly and the treatment was good! I had my hair cokor retouched and a better cut! I was and still is very Pleased!
