Even I can cut hair evenly, but this young broad at Regis couldn't do that for me. I gave her a picture and walked her through what I wanted. Pretty specific. When it was over I had one side heavier and longer then the other. I came back and showed her exactly what the problem was and she completely butched that side of my head two e=inches shorter than the other side! Wow! All she wants to do is talk about her problems and bond- she should be watching what the hell she is doing! Only go to Jackie if you go to Regis. Not the waif. Sorry, it's true.

I have gone to Regis for my last three or four haircuts, and they were all fantastic, I walked away extremely pleased with how I looked and the job that was done. This last time that I went (just now) was a completely different experience. My haircut looked terrible, and was not what I asked for at all. Asking for the "professional" for a "4 with the clippers on the sides and back and half off the top, keeping the same style" is apparently not specific enough when you walk in with a fauxhawk. When the disaster was over, I simply wished for a buzzcut, and even that turned out completely wrong. I walked away from that store today with an extremely bitter taste in my mouth for paying twenty three dollars for a botched haircut and an hour of wasted time. Very seriously considering fighting a new place for haircuts.
