    I've been to Caesar several times over the years, and just moved back to NC and found him again. He had a card on me from a couple of years ago and gave me the same color and highlights but a new cut. I feel beautiful, it is easy to fix and compliments my face. I couldn't be happier to recommend Caesar to anyone. You will not find a better hair artist. He is terrific!

    My Hair Looks Awesome!
    I got hollywood hair (low-lights, high-lights and an awesome cut and style) for a great price. Cesar is the Master Stylist at Divine Creations. Very personable. I enjoyed everything about my experience and will never go anywhere else as long as I live in North Carolina.
