    Speechless
    I explained that I wanted to donate ten inches of my hair to Locks of Love. The staff was familiar with the charity and even offered me a form to send with my hair. I already had the information. I politely thanked them and took the data. To my shock the lady whacked off at least sixteen inches of my hair!! She put it in a ponytail and just cut it off at my neck!! She never discussed a new hair style. My hair is fine and straight and won't hold curl. I was just gonna wear it straight and let it grow!! AND I was charged money for this? I could have pulled it into a ponytail and cut it myself! TERRIBLE! I went to work the next day and NO ONE spoke to me until 3:30 PM!! I survived. BEWARE! :( I USE A SALON to cut and shape my hair!

    Wonderful Establishment
    have just returned home from Just Cuts, where Kelsey cut my daughters hair and my hair and we are extremely happy with the professionalism and quality cuts we received. I would highly recommend Just Cuts!
