I have been going to see the stylist for years, I bring my whole family. I have a great coloring every time, great price and always willing to work around our schedule!

It was the worst hair color I ever had. I asked for a strawberry blond look, my hair is a light brown color, and a blended look. I ended up with stripes of bleach blond and dark red across the top of my head. It took another salon to fix the issue with two more foils and one color over everything. Still if you look closely you can still see the strips. The hairdresser was Katie O. I don't know about the others, but I WOULD NOT SEE HER, she clearly does not know what she is doing or just like to destory customers hair.

The Stylists are very nice and generally do a fairly good job. However, the owner of the shop (also one of the stylists) has no idea what customer service is. In my opinion, she's rude, condescending and basically not very nice. She lectured me in front of other customers when I asked if they had time for a walk-in customer. Keep in mind they advertise walk-ins are welcome. I was a regular customer (who usually makes an appointment), I will never go back there again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

I've been getting my hair done there since I was a child,and have never walked away disappointed. I find their costs to be reasonable, their employees knowledgable, their styles fashionable, their service commendable, and their location easily locatable. Overall, fantastic.

This salon is one of the best salons I have been to. Forget upscale snooty salons where your paying for the atmosphere. Studio 99 is down to earth and very up to date on the latest styles. It seems all the girls there know what their doing and they all seem to get along so good with eachother as well as their customers. The price is right also. I have called around AND been to many other salons in the area and you get the same thing~ if not better~ for a much cheaper price AND not having to deal with bad attitudes is a plus!! I will definitely be back!
