    Bad business ethics
    BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. Made a nail appointment a week in advance, was called the day of and told my cosmetologist was going to a game and my nails were being cancelled. I'm never going there again.

    meh its alright
    They can never keep my appointment time and I always end up waiting! Got my hair colored one time and the girl put the wrong color in! I was freaking out, how do you do that?! I think its a decent place and the salon looks nice but the girls seem like snobs to me and I'm just not happy with the quality.

    wow!!!
    this was a great experience. the spa is clean and bright. the staff were very relaxed and happy. i had a haircut and style along with an eyebrow wax to include the tip for just under $40. Shane is a joy to have cut and style he really understood what i wanted and made me feel good about my choice of cut. he took his time and found out what i wanted to do with my hair. i give allure salon and spa in caro a big high five-keep up the good work. see ya in 8 weeks. WOW!!!!!!
