    HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!
    I received 2 gift cards from a client. When I went to use them at Paula's, they stated that they no longer had value and that the person who gave them to me probably utilized them. Apprently, they list the purchased gift cards under the purchaser's name. If the purchaser comes in and wants to use the un-redeemed gift cards, Paula allows it. On this prom day, my daughter now has to find someplace else to get her nails and hair done thanks to Paula's bad business practice....not to mention the slandering of their customer's name! I will be reporting Paula not only to the Better Business Bureau but also to the customer she slandered!
