Roy does an excellent haircut. Great attention to detail and you can tell he takes pride in his craft (always suggests something a little more styled than I'm after, but graciously allows me to just keep the 0-maintenance flop). Due to the weird way my hair grows in front (and probably the slight neck tilt I adopt when sitting) I almost NEVER have gotten a perfectly level bang cut from other barbers. Roy's done it perfectly every time.
Also, the hot towel shave is INCREDIBLE. Something like 6 hot towels, a soothing steam machine on in the background, massaged-in aftershave (not to mention the closest shave you'll ever have), and it's only $28. Ain't no spa in the country going to give you 45 minutes of such heavenly facial treatment for that price.
