    Small place but. Good customer service and great job on all services. Not to mention I always get the most compliments on my lash extentions that I get done there. This place stays busy so people obviously are satisfied with the services rendered here. Very professional and still personable. I wouldn't do anywhere else and I refer everyone to this nail shop.

    STAPH INFECTION IN MY EYEBROW AT NAILS BY NATALIE/ NINA WESTEND, GA
    I've using this service since 2010. I've received service such as manicure, pedicure and eye brow arch. The mani- pedi service is NOT GREAT! however i did use the eyebrow arch services. Nina does a great job with arching eyebrows;however I'm not sure if she change her razors and for that I will accept the blame for NOT asking. I got a Staph infection on my brow!!!!! twice! How i know it came from the shop is because i got an infection back in 2010;but i thought i was stung by a wasp or bee; but it was not until 2 weeks ago i realized that it had to be the shop when i got the second infection on the same eyebrow after receiving services.If you decide to use this shop bring your own razors or just get waxed or just don't go here PERIOD!

    It's important to check ID
    I never got my nails done here. But, I know they don't do a good job of checking identification. My debit card was stolen and the person stealing it got their nails done by this company (according to my bank). My picture is on my debit card, and they were still able to use the card! Nails by Natalie, please check ID in the future.
