    Spritual atmosphere
    Very beautiful and spiritual atmosphere! If you are interested in learning yoga and are a beginner and if you are interested in increasing your inner peace and spiritual wealth, I highly recommend the Institute of Holistic Yoga.

    Wonderful Yoga Experience!!
    Yoga classes are conducted in a very unique way based upon Paramahamsa Satyananda's teachings. It is a very spiritual, warm and harmonious environment. If you are looking for a yoga class where you can experience inner peace, joy and happiness I suggest this location to take regular yoga classes. Taking one class automatically you feel wonderful, as if you were reborn, however, regular and disciplined practice of yoga is necessary to maintain inner harmony. I have also attended several Workshops and Spiritual Retreats. The retreats are under the special guidance of Spiritual Master Swami Brahmavidyananda (Swamiji). Each retreat is a wonderful experience because Swamiji transmits divine wisdom and imparts knowledge in a very unique and simple manner. If you have the opportunity I highly suggest to participate in their Spiritual Retreats and Workshops. Very very beautiful experience! thank you
