    Can't get through on the phone!!!
    I tried calling at least 20 times to get a simple hair wash appointment. The phone line was busy every time I called. After trying to get through after 2-1/2 hours of calling I finally gave up. I have to wonder about there take on customer service or lake of.

    Students need practice
    When I phoned to see if I could get a mani/pedi the woman who answered the phone stated yes, and you can arrive from now until 2:30. I took that to mean I could get right in and that was true; BUT... it took awhile for anyone to even accknowledge that I was there. When the student took me to her allotted spot, it was squeezed into the back of the school that I must admit is shabby. She was very sweet and friendly; once again BUT so very inexperienced.(she did not know how to file finger nails!) The other girl who did the pedi had better technique BUT... these student have metal tools and absolutely NO supervision. When I was done no teacher cheched their work; and that is a shame. How will they know what to continue doing and what they need improvement on. So teacher or students if you are reading; heads up, this can be a chance to improve your skill as a teacher or student.
