    failed expectations
    I was given an entire day to enjoy Imagen. The facial I received was sloppy and rushed, my massage session was also rushed. I was told that they operated in a "somewhat assembly line fashion" and to come along. That explained the erratic incomplete massage but not the over heated stones that left me wondering if I'd be blistered. I could not believe the attitude of the two women who were in charge of this part of my morning. The pedi/medi was fun. The hair cut and style were beautiful. I would NOT recommend the facial or the massage.
